Shoelaces

These shoelaces come undone

I tie them up so tight

I tie them fifty times a day

But they never stay tied right

They get me in such trouble

“Tie your shoelaces” they say

Do they not know how many times

I’ve tied them up today?

These shoelaces are such a pain

I’m not sure what I should do

I think that I might cut them off

Else stick them down with glue
